About MemberDirect |

Beginning with your January 29, 2016 payment, the SAFPPF is providing all retirees and beneficiaries with access to their monthly pay stub through MemberDirect, a secure, online portal for you to access all your pay and benefits information.

How to Register |
|
To get started with MemberDirect
• hover on the Login on the top right of this page.
• the screen will give you two options. Select MemberDirect.
• follow instructions to verify identity and set up your secure online portal.

Features of MemberDirect |
|
Once registered and logged in, you can access 2016 pay stubs by following these steps:
• Under Benefit Information,click Benefit Payment History
• Click on the appropriate month
• Click View receipt
A PDF file will appear with your information. View, print, or save the pay stub.

Year-End Records |
|
To help with your year-end records, we included the Dec. 30, 2015 pay stub in MemberDirect so you can see your year-to-date numbers for 2015. Pay stubs before 2015 are not available. The Benefit Payment history tab does contain similar detailed payment info for prior months.
Your 1099-R will be arriving in the mail as usual, but are also available on MemberDirect. Income tax withholding and direct deposit information is also available.

Changing Personal Information |
|
At this time, MemberDirect does not allow you to make changes to personal information online. However, you can access forms for changes to address, phone number, email and direct deposit. Just print them, fill them out and mail them to us. A somewhat pre-filled substitute Form W-4P for income tax withholding is also available for completion and mail in.

Opting Out |
|
Retired members can call us at 210.534.3262 FREE to continue receiving paper copies of their monthly check statements, but we hope you will try MemberDirect first.
