Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pension Fund Office is closed and all employees are working remotely. Please be assured that we will continue to serve our members and retirees, and our business operations will carry on. We do not expect any delays in processing retirements, refunds, or annuity payments.
If you need to speak to someone, please call the main number (210) 534-3262 and leave a message for the appropriate staff person, and they will contact you. Or you can email our staff directly. Staff email addresses can be found on our website (www.safppf.org), along with general information and access to your Member Direct account.
The Financial Planning Seminars will be held as scheduled for individuals who are already registered.
